Welcome to Music Is For Me LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, lessons, programs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), including our program Finally Piano.

By using this website, enrolling in a lesson or program, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Services

Music Is For Me LLC provides live, online piano lessons and group programs for children and adults through platforms such as Google Meet. We may also ship physical materials (such as lesson books) as part of certain programs. All scheduling, communication, and materials are provided electronically unless otherwise stated.

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • Registration: Enrollment in any Music Is For Me program is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email with program details.

  • Program Types: Music Is For Me offers a range of online music-learning experiences, including group programs (such as Finally Piano), seasonal workshops, and, when appropriate, limited private instruction for students with specific learning or physical needs.

  • Payment Terms:

    • Each program may have its own tuition schedule (e.g., pay-in-full, recurring payments, or installment plans). Full details are listed on the individual program or checkout page.

    • Payment is due prior to the start of lessons or access to materials.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Due to the live, small-group nature of our programs, all sales are final and non-refundable once registration is complete.

    • Certain programs (like Finally Piano) may include specific flexibility policies (e.g., the Founding Member Promise) as outlined in that program’s description.

  • Missed Payments: For recurring or installment plans, missed payments may result in paused access to lessons or removal from the roster until the account is current.

  • Adjustments: Music Is For Me reserves the right to adjust tuition or fees periodically, with notice provided prior to new enrollment periods.


3. Scheduling & Attendance

Cohort start dates are listed on the checkout page and in your confirmation email.
If you must miss a session, you’ll receive a short recap or “practice note,” but live sessions are not rescheduled individually.

4. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for having:

  • A working piano or keyboard

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A camera and microphone suitable for online lessons

We are not responsible for technical difficulties or internet outages on the student’s side.

5. Intellectual Property

All written materials, recordings, and resources provided by Music Is For Me are for your personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

All teaching materials, videos, and written content remain the intellectual property of Music Is For Me LLC. Unauthorized use of these materials may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Music Is For Me LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in lessons or practice activities. Please use good judgment and safe technique at all times.

You understand that results depend on your participation and consistent practice, and no guarantees of progress or success are made.

7. Privacy & Data Use

We collect limited personal information to deliver lessons, ship materials, and communicate with you.

8. User Submissions & Communication

If you send comments, suggestions, testimonials, or photos related to our programs, you grant Music Is For Me LLC permission to use them (with your consent) for marketing and promotional purposes.

We may update or modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
