Parents’ Top Questions about Online Piano Lessons

Short answers to help you decide fast.

Do online lessons really work?

Yes. We mix on-keyboard time with quick, off-the-bench games and clear practice steps so focus and progress sticks.

Do we need a piano?

Yes. A 61-key keyboard or a full-sized piano is ideal for online lessons. If your child is just starting out, a 61-key keyboard will work perfectly fine. It's more important that the instrument is in good working condition and has at least five octaves.

How long are lessons?

Most begin with 30 minutes (private) or 55–60 minutes (small-group). We’ll recommend the best fit at your free trial.

How much practice is expected?

10–20 minutes a few days/week using our Weekly Win plan.
